Ashoka Fellows working in the field of disability
We look for groundbreaking social entrepreneurs with transformative solutions in the field of disability.
Our existing Fellows – working across all types of disability - focus on a variety of issues, including community integration , the empowerment of people with disabilities to live more self-determined lives and become changemakers themselves, and the access to key areas of life such as education, employment, technology, housing, and play, striving to create a more inclusive world for all.
We are seeking social entrepreneurs with and without disability with transformative, systems changing ideas to improve the lives of people with disabilities to join our fellowship. Is it you, or someone you know?
Selected candidates will join the world’s largest network of systems-changing social entrepreneurs.
Once selected, each Ashoka Fellow embarks on a personalized journey of financial and strategic support over their lifetime. Key benefits include:
- A stipend for up to three years, if needed, for the Fellow to fully dedicate themselves to the advancement of their initiative
- Customized engagement opportunities designed to accelerate their impact
- Increased visibility to amplify their work and reach
- A global community of peers offering collaboration, support, and shared learning

Martino Corazza
Martino is reshaping global sport and society through the Mixed Ability Sports model, a transformative, community-driven approach that integrates disabled and non-disabled individuals as equals in grassroots clubs—challenging exclusionary systems, shifting cultural perceptions of disability, and fostering long-term inclusivity, equity, and social change.
Josep Vergés
